When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one time electronic fund transfer (EFT) or bank draft from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an EFT, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment. If we make an EFT or bank draft, you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. If you prefer not to have your check converted to an EFT or bank draft, please use one of the other payment methods provided above. If your payment is returned due to insufficient or uncollected funds, you authorize us to collect a service charge via a bank draft from your account in the amount of $25 or the maximum allowed by state law.
